The staff at TW were brilliant. They couldn’t be more helpful. They actually advised me it might be too big ! - however it isn’t too big, it’s perfect. (Bigger than we thought but perfect). Children very happy with it, although we now need less rain so they can really enjoy it.
It was a nightmare putting the poles on with the net. Very tight and the longest but ! However now it’s build it blends in in the garden - VERY HAPPY and I am mega fussy!

A huge thank you to the Customer Service team at Trampoline Warehouse. My original order dealt with super quickly and delivery was as fast. Almost 6 months later, after bad weather/wind almost wrecked my son's Trampoline. I contacted Lee and Francesca to see on the off chance whether they had spares to replace the parts that had now unfortunately become irreparable. The customer service team went above and beyond to hunt down the parts I needed in their warehouse. After a bit of back and forth checking measurements and other details, the right parts were finally sent to me and have salvaged me having to invest in an entire new Trampoline for next season. Again, a huge thank you to the Team especially Lee and Francesca.

Really simple website, easy to order. This is our second trampoline, the last one was used for seven years so amazing quality, my daughter, friends and us have used it a lot and seven years is a fantastic lifespan.

Trampoline Warehouse called me within 5 minutes of ordering online to confirm the order and give delivery estimates. Delivery was also very quick and at the day and time indicated.

The trampoline is also excellent and exceptionally good value

Average trampoline. No instructions with it, so a bit of a mare to work out, but okay in the end.

Very swift response to review with a good and helpful outcome. I could have contacted them straight away and they would have sent instructions.

I ordered a small trampoline for my granddaughter as it was her birthday, as soon as I placed the order I had a phone call to say that the order has gone through and the trampoline will be sent out that day, the following morning I had a delivery of the trampoline, it was very easy to put up and the service was first class, with everything that's happening in the world today it was a breath of fresh air to have such great service, thank you very much.

Looked on line for a rectangle trampoline found one that fits our yard payed that easy. Just got to wait and see weather the free next day delivery works. Then start building so that the kids can bounce safely.

Good customer service. I received a phone call after placing the order online to confirm the delivery date.
The trampoline itself seems well made and was straightforward to assemble. The safety net however was much more challenging and needed 2 people.
The spring tension is suitable for my 9 year old son, but may be too tight for lighter children.

This trampoline was ordered and delivered within a few days. Kept informed of delivery date and time. My grandchildren(4 and 3)love it and have used it every single day. The only slight negative was that a couple of nuts were missing but we were able to find some replacements. I would definitely recommend this company.

Really happy with our trampoline. Only took 1.5 hours to put up with two people.
Curtesy call the day after order was placed, which was a nice touch.

After quite a bit of searching online I settled on these guys and wasn't disappointed. Great trampoline, no nonsense service, arrived when it said they would, easy to assemble and a really nice looking bit of kit. Everything fitted together well, really happy I chose well.
